Transport chain transparency
The L360 service provides an overview of our transport services. It is a customer portal – an ordering, track&trace and reporting service for our contract customers.
Why choose L360?
The L360 service improves the transparency of the transport chain. It provides information about all stages of the transport life cycle, from empty wagon orders to reporting of outcomes.
With the data provided by the L360 service, we can, together with the different parties in the transport chain, improve and develop supply chains.
What is L360 currently?
L360 is a browser-based service tailored for mobile use that can be used to monitor our logistics services. The service can be accessed via a web browser on any device.
What will L360 be in the future?
The L360 service is developed in cooperation with customers based on their feedback. Our goal is to continuously improve the user experience.
To make using services easier, we are centralising all the systems currently in use by our customers in the L360 service. We will publish a new Waybills function during 2025. As a result, the old Asiakirjat app will gradually be discontinued.
How is L360 used?
Getting started is easy. As a contract customer, you only need your own email address.
The L360 service usernames are personal. You can enquire about them from your VR Logistics contact person.
The service offers versatile possibilities for access management: a designated administrator can grant limited access to both their own personnel and, if necessary, their partners, such as an unloading operator or end customer.
Easy integration
The L360 service is based on modern APIs, so everything the user sees in the L360 service can be retrieved to the user's own systems via an API.
We recommend deploying the web portal before opening API interfaces. Please contact your contact person for additional information about the available interfaces.
